Wendy obtained her Real Estate license in 1987 while living in Southern California managing the family’s rental properties. She is experienced in all phases of real estate and escrow management and was on the successful sales team at The Residences at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach.

It was that experience, coupled with her experience as a landlord that led to the creation of Welcome Home! No longer interested in handling rentals, it was a natural transition for her to start Welcome Home! due to the high percentage of absentee owners in Pebble Beach and Carmel.

As an agent with Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty, Wendy finds that the two businesses compliment each other perfectly. She is able to keep abreast of the latest trends, styles and needs of the affluent second-home owner here on the Monterey Peninsula while being actively involved in the real estate market. An experienced “Project Manager” she loves the challenge of Welcome Home!

Married to Jon, they have five adult children and four grandchildren. Jon is a local builder and partner in Welcome Home! providing remodel, repair and maintenance advice and expertise.
